What is the Precast Exposed Concrete?

Generally the term “exposed concrete” is given to those concretes on the final look of the outdoor decoration of a building with smoothened surface. This means that there would not be any other material located on the surface of the concrete. Accordingly the visual quality and smoothness are two important factors in exposed concretes. These two parameters are especially important in buildings with application on industrial or commercial usages. The exposed concrete is capable of being produced in different shapes, designs and colors and suitable to any taste of architect or constructor due to the fact that all the exposed concrete pieces are built previously in the factory.

The exposed concrete product of henza are classified in two classes of A and B.

class a

Class a

This class of the products with the final surface of exposed concrete and with an appearance of opaque owns a step and a hole. Rather than the size range of the products, there is the possibility of producing them in tailored size.

Class A | outer face 50×۶۰ cm

This product owns two thicknesses of 3 and 5 cm. the type with 5 cm thickness is equipped to mesh and the back face of the product owns metal handles. The product with the 3 cm thickness owns scope cable and have a rough surface for safer attachment to the surface.

Class A | outer face 100×۶۰ cm

The product, due to its special dimension, is fabricated in only 3 cm so that there would be no issue during the installation. This product also owns an scope cable and rough back face to offer a better and safer attachment

class b

The products are exposed and made of concrete with a semi-shiny surface and cappble of being used in the decorations. More ever the products could be used as cabble stones with different tissues which gives the designer the ability of creating a novel environment with a controlled area.

Class B | outer face 40×60 cm

This product owns a 2 cm thickness. The surface is semi-transparent and smooth. There is the possibility of production with the scope cable and roughing sand to increase the installation safety.

The products weight is 12 kg excluding the sand.

Class B | outer face 100×40 cm

This product have a slight brightness on the surface and could be produced by scope cable and sand for safer installation.

The products weight is 20 kg excluding the sand.

Class B | outer face 40×۱۲۰ cm

This product have a slight brightness on the surface and could be produced by scope cable and sand for safer installation.

The products weight is 24 kg excluding the sand.

Class B | outer face 60×۶۰ cm

This product have a slight brightness on the surface and could be produced by scope cable and sand for safer installation.

The products weight is 24 kg excluding the sand.

Class B | cobble outer face 20×۲۰ cm smooth

This product is produced in 20×۲۰ cm and owns 4 cm thickness.

Class B | cobble outer face 40×۴۰ cm smooth

This product also owns a bright surface on the smooth side.

This product owns a slightly wind-cut surface and is used as a complementary material on surfaces and environments where the exposed outer decoration is used.

This product owns a slightly wind-cut surface and is used as a complementary material on surfaces and environments where the exposed outer decoration is used.

This product owns a slightly wind-cut surface and is used as a complementary material on surfaces and environments where the exposed outer decoration is used. More ever, the product is capable of being set by straw and adobe pattern.

This is a new product with a long life span and durability from the decorative stones of Henza family. It owns an appearance similar to thermowood or wooden lumber.
